I tried to make DVD by using s/w CCE SP 2.7 to encode file Avi . After 7 hours convert 6 Passes (I'd like to make a quality DVD from Avi)I got 5 files in temp folder . 1 big file size 3.9Gb extension *MPV + 1 file 1Gb unknow extension + 1 file 40.9Mb unknow + 1 file *CVS 1,49kb + 1 file *ECL .
I put file *MPV into Nero Vision to make DVD but I just got video with no audio (no sound) when I did preview . I really confused and i need your help .
Please tell me how to make high quality DVD from AVI .

The output is correct, (you could have posted which is the 1 GB file extension, but I'll assume it's a sort of WAV file; probably an other file is the VAF: simple a file information file) but CCE is not the application to make audio stuff. A DVD with an uncompressed audio wastes room which could be used for the video.
What I would suggest is:
1) extract the sound as uncompressed WAV from that AVI) with VirtualDub (audio_full processing mode; file__Save WAV).
2) convert that WAV into a compressed sound 48 kHz (I compress it to MP2 with HeadAC3he and transconde 44.1 kHz -> 48 kHz with DVD Lab if needed [AVI files are uauslly 44.1 KHz, DVD are 48 kHz [but probably even MP3 is allowed and many other application exist, which can transcode the audio 44.1 -> 48 kHz and maybe can even make AC3 Dolby Surround streams, but I don't have on my TV Dolby Surround speakers and I usually stick to MP2 which the easiest to do and is just 224 kbps large).
3) author M2V + audio_48kHz ---> video_ts content (BUP, IFO, VOB set) with any authoring application , even the free IFOEdit is OK , for doing this.
4) burn a DVD with Nero
Ah, I don't know what you used to choose the bitrate, but try doing the bitrate stuff with DVTool (http://www.musclesoft.de/combatman/start.php?page=software/dvtool...): you just have to insert the movie's duration (in minutes) and the audio type you use (which fix the audio bitrate) and the storage media you'll use (4489 DVD-R).
For instance: a 120' movie with 224 kbps MP2 VCD audio can have a 4883 kbps video bitrate, with a 384 kbps AC3 DVD audio can have 4723 kbps, and so on.
-extract wav from file in virtual dub.
-make audio AC3 224kbps with besweet using Belight. (includes framerate conversion of audio)
-encode video with Hcenc (free encoder which gives results better than CCE for me)
-use IFOEdit or muxman to author the files to dvd.
