my ip address is all working but when the test comes to MTU it says failed. what can i do?
my xbox360 is connected to router.
I need some help to work things out.

Hi,

I had the same issue over and over. I am using a LINKSYS router. I was also getting the NAT as a moderate or secure and thus I could not join peoples games and vice versa.

Have you tried doing a hard reset on your router? This worked for me?

What is your network setup. DHCP or static IP?
Does your router use a DMZ port and you have plugged into this and it is not configured?

I found out what the problem was.
It's not a router or other problems. The problem is the ISP.
I called xbox tech and they said aol cable is not competable with live. There is nothing I can do other then change the ISP.
