StreamBox not getting RTSP file

I just installed SBox 3.1 and i'm, trying to get a RTSP file.. no success.. keeps timig out/SMIL error. I can play the stream without problems (with realplayer).. but SBox can't get it.. what could be the problem? could it be the user agent thing that's 'sposed to be fixed by SMFix patch? Any suggestions, thoughts, ideas, help, greatly appreciated.
