Hi

Is your internet connection on ?? LW is probably looking for a connection if it is on, try a reinstall, leaving the connect every time i boot disabled!!

Make sure u allow it through ur firewall(s).

If not done properly u wont connect at all.

k so officially im a psp dude and i usually use utorrent for downloads but torrents are piss poor for music..
so i am a lil bit of a limewire noob
how do i allow it through firewall?

Well what firewall do you have? Norton/Hardware firewall?

Thanks, but hardware firewall on my notebook dosen't tell me a lot !

Can you give me some more info! if you have a hardware firewall built into your notebook then you need to read up on the settings of this and allow limewire to have access!

Personally I would uninstall it and try again reading all the allow/disallow boxes carefully!
