How to make chapters?

Does anyone know how I can make chapters??? its very important. I want to be able to press the >> button on my dvd controller at for it directly to take me to the next movie scence. I've tried downloading Ulead software like suggested on here but I don't see that option on it.

NeroVision 4 (part of Nero 7) has the options to automatically or manually add chapters.

The automatic option is very slow (IMO) and its not foolproof.

Manually adding chapters that correspond to scene changes takes a lot of my time so I rarely do that.

I normally just do what my set-top DVD recorder does and add a chapter every 5 minutes or so without paying any attention to if there is a scene change.
