I notice my full length riped DVD does not come out good quality?
I was using slysoft ANyDVD/CloneDVD2 combo.

No compressin just from DVD-9 to DVD DL.

My questio is what is the best tool to do just copy - No compression
ANd what are the factor affecting this process.

I would use DVD Decrypter and Imgburn for DL burns. Rip to HDD in ISO read mode with DVD Decrypter, then burn the MDS file with Imgburn. Make sure that you choose the MDS file to burn from because it contains the layer break information. Imgburn is superior at inserting the layer break right now, whereas CloneDVD I believe removes the layer break. What symptoms are you experiencing with your backups that you believe are quality related? What does the final product look like?

What are you playing back on? On PC's it looks a little blottie but when burned and put in regular DVD player, it runs fine.
