I am new to video creating/editing. I am considering purchasing Nero either vers 6.6 or 7. Does anyone know if you have the option of only installing some of the many programs it comes with? e.g. I don't think I want the InCD, CD labeling, image editing (I have Paint Shop Pro),?
I just want to do basic DVD/CD burning, make some slide shows with audio for pictures, and edit some old home movies that are now on DVD. I want to insert some text frames at various places to explain the next movie sequence and possible add audio. Can I do this editing with Nero?
I currently have the very basic Roxio Easy CD/Dvd Creator ver. 5.? that came with my computer and I will uninstall it and use RoxiZapp first as has been recommended.
Yes, you do have an option of installing certain packages with Nero. The only packages you really need are 1 & 2, that would be Nero Burning Rom and Nero Vision Express. I decided to stay away from InCD and all the other packages because they aren't important to me and they cause conflicts, especially InCD.
