Need help putting AVI on my Dig Camera

I wanted to put some footage of games I took with FRAPS and put them on my digital camera (Casio Exilim EX-Z600). I can get AVIs that I already recorded with the camera and play them in media player easy enough but when I copy an AVI to the camera and try to play it on that I get 'Cannot Play File'.

The camera is supposed to support a max res of 640x480 and I managed to get a FRAPS AVI at that res but still wont play on it. I know there is alot more to the exact kind of AVI the camera needs (for example, bitrate and other various codec settings must be just right) Does anyone know the EXACT specifications of the cameras AVI format that I need to have an AVI file so it will play it on the camera??
