Is there any point rebuilding an iso if it is under 4.7 gigs?I have backed up fight night round 3 on PS2(usa).The iso is 4.4gb. It will play using swap magic 3.3 but it loads up really slow.
I'm using verbatim 8x(with taiyo yuden dye).I've burnt with dvd decrypter and alcohol 120%, both @ 2x with same results.
Just wondering if rebuilding it would make any difference.

PS burner is pioneer107. Ps2 is PAL

what system u on? the fat ps2 or the slim line? can your burner burn at 1x?

depending on your disc speed 2X may actually be too slow. I know someone saying you could be burning too slow is a shocker.
But with an 8X DVD i have found that 4X works much better.
2X is perfect if your DVD is 4X

Rebuilding isn't just for size, it can also help out the performance as you have just learned.
