hi there, i'm a new user to azureus. i have successfully opened my port. status azureus displays are "NAT OK". i usually set my upload speed at 20kb/s. i'm not using windows xp firewall and i've configured my mcafee to open the ports i'm using in azureus.

but whenever i'm downloading, i only reach like 10 - 20kb/s. using online websites to check my speed, i should be able to reach at least 100kb/s. why am i getting such speeds? azureus faq tells me by opening ports and doing all they tell me to i should be getting 8x of swarm speeds. but i'm like getting 1/8 of swarm speeds. WHY WHY WHY!!! HELP ME!
