Ive had this player for almost a year and suddenly the dvd's get stuck inside- i put one in and it plays and then when its time to eject it doesnt and i have to take the damn thing apart- somebody drop some knowledge on me

Try to turn it on off and back on then try to eject the disc. Or unplug it, then plug it back in after a few seconds and try to turn it on and eject. If that does not work, your unit has probably gone bad.
