With the new application of traffic shaping software used by alot of ISP's my download speeds had almost stopped.
I just thought to let you know that after running utorrent with encryption I've started getting my downloads going again, anybody who has experienced similar events might want to try it.
I've got a feeling that the next few months/years is going to be a war between isp's and torrent client software developers.
