Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version File "BSidle.dll", error 31

anyone know how to fix this?

figured it out....my antivirus (bitdefender 9 pro plus)was blocking this file from opening....i shut my virus scan off....opened bearshare then turned back the virusscan and bearshare works fine

why would it block this file now all of a sudden? maybe an update did it?
