Okay i've burn a game less than 600MB

I downloaded a game (king of fighters 2003) which it size is less than 600 MB Do i need a modchip to run the Thing or is there a software out that can change things around like Not having to need a modchip to have it to work. i've Burn game already but it not working .

you need swap magic or a modchip to play burned games.
