Some games burn and play and some wont play yet have been burnt, one of the main reasons for this is the speed you are burning at ....set it to as low as poss' and use the best discs you can find.

"Can you tell me what the settings are to make the decryter play?"

i am not sure i even understand the question.
You should use high quality DVD-R 8X speed
You should burn them at 4X
You have to have a modded system to play them.
You should make sure you have the most up to date firmware for your burner
You should not use the computer or have anything running in the backround when burning
If using Swap Magic you can always try rebuilding the ISO file before you burn it and that may help.

just a few pointers

Thank You. I don't mean to seem stupid but I guess ignorant will work. What do you mean by rebuilding the ISO file? And how do you do it if it's not just making another Folder2Iso_v1.3?

http://home.earthlink.net/~moderator/id4.html
rebuilding tutorials there
there is also a tool called Gnie that will do it for you but i have never used it.
Basically it is taking the ISO, breaking it down into the files inside, and then building a new ISO.
It will sometime lower the size of the ISO or fix slow load times and audio/video glitches
