Hey all,

I just got a PS2 Slim, and was thinking about getting Magic Swap & the fliptop cover. Is it possible to play all backup games, un-modchipped, using this method? Or do I have to do something else?

What are your suggestions to a complete noob?

my suggestion would be to get a mod instead of swap magic. Less hassle and you don't have to worry about stuff like rebuilding the games before you backup.

If that's the case, what kind of chip do you suggest? Do some chips perform better than others? In addition, where can I go to get my chip installed (I'm not comfortable with opening this thing up, I don't want to ruin my investment)? I'd prefer to physically take it somewhere rather than mail it, but I'll do whatever has to be done.
