I have burned quite a few ps2 games and they have been fine. But now i get this message constantly

Failed to read file... Reason: Data error (Cyclic Redundancy Check).

I have tried to burn with - Games X Copy, Game Cloner and dvd decrypter. Reading the ISO and storing it on the hard drive is not the problem no errors there.But its when its getting burned and its nothing to do with the disc being dirty because they are new discs. i have also tried it with different ps2 games as well.
