i set up my router to get the best connection for downloading on azureus. but for some reason it says that the Nat is firewalled and DHT Firewalled. i used to get like around 300kb/s for my downloads. but now when i first boot up i do the nat test for the port 50000 and says ok then goes to firewalled. an help would be apreaciated.

My problem seems similar to yours.

As soon as I updated to Azureus 2.4.0.2, I get a yellow dot in my DHT Firewalled, with tooltip msg There appears to be a problem with the Distributed Databases's UDP port mapping (NAT/firewall).

The thing is, NOTHING else has changed since before the Azureus upgrade. I was using v 2.2.0.2, because I generally subscribe to the policy if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Of course I have double-checked everything, firewall internet accesses, apps allowed, Port open, Incoming TCP Listen port.

I get mostly green smilies, some red, with seeds column frustratingly saying 0(xxx), where xxx is dozens and even hundreds, BUT NOTHINGS DOWNLOADING ANYMORE!!!

DIS-AP-POINT-ED !!!

Just for the record, I completely uninstalled Azureus (2.4.0.2), deleted all files/folders. And clean re-installed Azureus 2.2.0.2, which I had a copy of in my downloads folder, but which can still at present be downloaded from the source at: http://azureus.sourceforge.net/download.php
And lo and behold, she immediately began downloading/uploading and seeding like a demon again !!!
Sorry that doesn't actually explain anything.
Wonders will never cease to be . . .
