REally stupid bittorent problem

I have Azureus and mostly my dl times are like 200-300mb. But all the time when I dled up to 99.89% the dl speed slows down to like 20b and 9 b making it take another 1-2 hours to finish dling.

Well, torrents rely on seeders, people who are sharing the file. If no one with the file at 100% is sharing, you will get "stuck" at the percentage that the seeder with the most complete has, untill someone with the complete file begins to share it again.

Sorry if that's just a jumble of words. It's pretty hard to explain in a few sentences. Just hang in there, it will finish.
