Hi,

Wondering if someone can shed some light as to how to fix this problem when trying to burn using Nero 7. After 100% it came up with "wrong medium type". I using BenQ DW1650.

This is the log from Nero 7. I very new to this so any help would be appreciated. Thx.

Remove your Nero Serial Number. It begins with: 1C82

I suspect you have Nero set to create a CD instead of the DVD that was in your drive.

Check Device Manager note I have Nvidia.
