Problem converting to DVD

I installed the RatDVD program a few days ago, converted from RatDVD to DVD and burned 2 discs perfectly. I have Nero installed in a Pentium 4, win XP Pro, computer.

Three days later I am trying to convert and burn more RatDVD discs to DVD and it's not working! I am able to see images in the preview window before I start the conversion, and I am able to watch all the RatDVD files in my windows media player, so I know the files are ok, but I can't convert them. After clicking on convert in the preview images screen all I see is a black screen and below it it says "Accion: Contenido del DVD Menu 100%" (my program is in spanish) and the total percentage stays at 0% forever, it never converts anything.
While this happens I can see in the processes tab the "XEBencoder.exe" process with a CPU usage of 93. When I convert I do not use the computer for anything else so that's weird.

I have made my scans with Norton and other spyware programs and I am clean, so that's not the problem.
Why I can't convert and burn more files? Anyone can help me? Any ideas? I really don't know what to do :-(
