I can not make a dvd. I can't view a dvd. internal error would come up. I can make a cd. I can copy a dvd and cd. What is wrong.
Here are some of the messages come up. "audio source plugin error. The system cannot file the file specified." When I try to play am dvd , this comes up,"Internal error. cannot bulid graph. The application may be installed incorrectly. I had the sony 810A installed.

Hello, a Nero log would be usefull... Find it here:

Nero 6 C:/ProgramFiles/Ahead/Nero/NeroHistory.log

Nero 7 C:\ProgramFiles\Nero\Nero 7\Core\NeroHistory.log

Just edit out your serial...

Ver 6 starts with 1A****
Ver 7 starts with 5C****
