Nero 7: ultra edition being very annoying! And decrypter not backing up games!

Hi, i have a problem with Nero ultra edition, when i open Nero startsmart and select an icon of what i want to do it comes up saying:
'Nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close, if you were in the middle of something the information you were using may be lost.'
Does anyone know the reason why nero is doing this, ive tried reinstalling it and everything that i could do. Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it?
also i've got a game that i've had for a while so i tried to copy it and it wont read, it says reading error on dvd decrypter. Does anyone know how to fix this?

have you tried reinstalling it?

Ye i reinstalled it 3 times. i posted a post on the Nero discussion forum. Someone sed use a cleaning tool on the Nero files on the disc, then install it.

Ye it is DVD-5, if this works i'll put on my Signature that Gnie is the safest member of afterdawn.

It doesnt give me any choice but to save it a a .tao file, is there a tool that changes TAO2ISO?

No, it says reading error sector...... should i select omit sector then carry on or wont it work? I have ripped it succesfully yesterday with blindwrite, then i burnt it and it didnt work.

you can change it to save as .iso ,see my tutorial
another way is using isobuster extract all the file to a folder,then use
cdvdgen to export .iml file,then use my gd4_iml2iso generate the .iso file

are you using isobuster ver 1.9,may be try to use [perform a surface scan](maybe you disc corrupted),btw do you use msn

yes i use msn hotmail, dont like messenger though. why? Well i hope the disk isnt corrupted, its killzone i'm trying to backup and i like this game alot. i'm just burning the KILLZONE.ISO i made with blindwrite successfully but i think its ripped it wrong. But i'm using RITEK-R03-02's. Is that a good make, i think it is?
