Try burning it at a faster speed. Im assuming you did it at a slower speed, which honestly isnt always the best route. Use Alchol 120% too, thats what i used, it seems to make burning at a faster speed more PS2 friendly, then when u put it in your ps2 before you go to load game, flip the ps2 upside down... makes it easier to read the disc... silly huh? Just give it a shot :)
