how do i sign up for xbox live for the 360? i dont understand at all. theres like passport mumbo jumbo. will someone give me the steps on how to sign up for xbox live! plZ!

FYI: Do not start two different topics on the same thing or you will get in trouble for it!
You have to have your Xbox connected with an ethernet cable or wireless card, obviously you have that done if you are to the passport step, for the passport, I believe all they want is an email address. After that, everything is pretty simple, takes a few minutes to set it all up but you only have to do it once.
