Azureus Connection Error weirdness

Suddenly started having this problem in Azureus 2.4.0.2. None of my torrents will connect to the tracker, under tracker status in azureus it says 'Connection Error (ConnectException:Connection refused: connect)' which will then, after a few minutes change to 'OK (dht:)' (and sometimes back again) although the torrents still wont download, health is always red. At the bottom of the windows it says 'DHT Firewalled'. I tried the NAT test in azureus and it says unable to test.

Using port 54232, which is forwarded for TCP/UDP at my router and I have uPnP enabled in both azureus and my router and I'm not using any other firewalls.

I've tried torrents for different trackers, different ports in azureus and router, turning off DHT and uPnP but still get the same results, this problem has just started without me changing any of my settings and I'm pretty sure it's not my isp as my housemates on the same network can still download torrents.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Well, I uninstalled 2.4.0.2 and reinstalled 2.2.0.2 and its working again. Wonder what they did with the new version that seems to be messing so many people about.

i have the same problem but with some torrents running at 45% if i reinstall Azureus will i lose these torrents?
