PS2 wireless controller flipping the screen and moving backward.

Hi about 6-7 weeks ago i replaced two of my ps2 controllers to wireless ones, this morning as I got up to play killzone, my new game, The screen on the game went weird and templar (killzone man) was moving backward and gun moving up and down. I'd backed up this game yesterday and i write a guide as it was a scratched, preowned game. I thought it was a crap backup, even though it worked yesterday. i tried the original copy and that did the exact same as the backup. My original PS2 controller was knocking about so I put that in then it worked fine. I tried SOCOM 2: US navy seals and it did the same with the wireless ones and i switched to the original and it worked fine! Can anyone explain why my wirelesses arent working or how to fix them? They were £20's each!

can you return them and get a replacement, if so i suggest you do that. i know you can fix some issues like that with PC controllers that have set up programs which you put on the PC, but i do not think the PS2 will have that sort of thing. They didn'y come with a disc did they?
the only other thing i can think of is that another signal that may be in the room is messing with the wireles signal of the controller.
