hi all, i have a friend who is having some problem with nero vision express 2. Every time he begins to transcode a file the computer crashes/restarts 5 mins into the process, this has only recently started happening he has used the program without problems for a long time, i was wondering if this is a common problem, or is it possible that it could be down to overheating (his fan runs alot)

at the moment i dont have any of the log files so i cant add them to my post but couold someone offer up some possible simple solutions or any common problems that i can try and eliminate

not completly sure on his pc specs all i know is that he has winxp sp2, 3.0ghz processor and 768 mb/ram.
