i've read tons of threads about removing dummy files, none however, about inserting. my iso (marvel vs capcom 2) is reaaaally tiny (~200mb) and i want to beef up the size a bit in order to not totally rape my laser.

so can anyone tell me which programs to use and how to use them in order to create and inserting dummy files?

thank you, but how do i correctly insert them into an iso? i tried extracting the content of MvC2 with isobuster accordingly to the numerous dummy file removing-guides on the forums, and then just slapped the created dummy file together with the extracted files into a new iso, which quite as expected, didn't work very well.
