Hi, I was wondering if the normal xbox 12 month subscription card will work on the xbox 360. Thanks in advance.

no it doesn't unless you are moving your xbox 1 account to a xbox 360
but you cannot use the 12 xbox card for the 360 to start a new account you need a 12 month gold account card

Ok, so if I want to move my xbox live account to my 360, will i still have the remaining months? If i do, will I be able to play those remaining months on my 360?

when u move your account to the 360 it will charge u an the same date to renew your live(charges normaly).
When your account is expired i would think u renew it and then transfer it.
