I was playing a game off of my HDD with HD Advance and then I reset the PS2 so I could play another game. When the HD screen came up it said "No Files Converted". Anyone know where all of my games went?

The games are probally there,
The indexing file may be corrupted,

Unfortuneatly i have no idea howto fix anything to do with HDadvance,

I suggest trying HDloader ( It's the best )

yeah i would use hdloader as well but i dont see the point of a hard drive for the ps2 cause it costs like 100 quid for it and people have a lot of problems.I guarantee by tommorrow we will have like 4 people with a problem.

hd advance = hd loader, it is just a different product name and some of the option text change,
for remove corrupted file,you can use dms hdd formatter( http://www.dms3.com/download.htm )disc.
