Hi, can someone help me solve the problem I have when copying my dvd collection with 1ClickDVDCopy, usually DVD43 performs just fine in decrypting all data, but this time I have an error reads:

"ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS 00462E33 IN MODULE 'DVD43_TRAY.EXE' READ OF ADDRESS 00000004"

WHAT WENT WRONG?

Please help, thanks in advance for a rookie!

OK. here is the follow-up: the only software I installed lately was Creative 24 bit-Live 5.1 sound card; which I think didnt cause the problem. Because, since then I burned other dvds, it went fine.
Now, regarding when I got this specific 'accesss violation', I can give you more info: I just borrowed neighbor's six feet under the latest released fifth season (HBO original DVD bought from sam's club), I burned CD#2, #3,and #5 successfully; but Disc#1 the one I had the 'access violation' (this disc1 begins with HBO's trailers of all hbo's shows, sopranos, deadwood, etc). The puzzling thing was when I played that disc1 in my Power DVD player, it didnt play, it went 'black' right before the trailer was about to begin; in my PS2 it played ok. On Disc #4, DVD43 turned green, and 1clickDvd copy 49% and this error: "error has occured while reading a file. The file maybe encrypted or cannot be read currently by Dvd device. If you are using a decrypter, you may need to restart it before running 1click" I did reboot and started again, it did the same thing at 49%. Anyone knows what went wrong, and WHY the rest of the CD2,3, and 5 all burned fine?

I am not familiar with that Vobblanker (again, I am a newbie), is it another decrypter (free download?). I tried to use AnyDVD 21 day trial, (after uninstalled DVD43) and got worst result, cannot even decrypt ONE DVD from other dvds I have. Went back to install DVD43, uninstalled AnyDVD, and recieved an email from 1clickdvd support that I should: "make sure that AnyDVD application is not in the "Safe mode". He suggested "right click on the fox icon in your computer's tray and select "Program" and the "Settings". I need a confirmation by others before INSTALLING AnyDVD again..
(I didnt know, if it's in 'safe mode', but should every in 'default' first and ready to use).. Any inputs from 'anydvd expert' would be appreciated..
