I bought an XBOX 360 in Feburary. It worked really good, it is an excellent system. However, I got a new cell phone a few weeks ago. When I was playing XBOX, my gf called and my xbox controller stopped working. The cell phone wiped out my wireless capabilities on my XBOX 360. It ticked me off REALLY BAD. Now when I try to turn it on, the three red lights flash. I have tried every possible thing to fix it, but nothing works. Does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve sending it back to microsoft?

call MS and see if they can help u troubleshoot, but i'm guessing ur gunna have to send it back in.

can u always call microsoft to get the 360 replaced or is there a certain time you cant, like a year or 2?

the xbox 360 only has a 90 day warrenty on it after the 90 day warrenty you must have sent in the warrenty card for 49.99 for the 2 year warrenty but the warrenty deal must be sent in before 10 days after the purchase date if you miss the 10 day dead line you are screwed

and it will cost you 200.00 to have them fix it

oh no worries just call ms ( free number ) and tell them that your controler stoped working , and they will send a new one and want you to put the old ( non working one) into the box and seal it with the back shiping label included ...... they dont charge anything within your 90 day period especially since the console is very buggy now is the time to replace any parts you currently have sorta damage....

they wont ask for you to take your console just swap the controlers and that it .....

If you already have a 360 is it possible 2 get a year warranty, if so how much would it cost and how would you get it?

a warrnty is avaible from ms and its cheap too :D but if your going to mod it in some way then i woulnt advice you to get warranty as ms this time will not only touch it but put you on a federal sueing .....

bottom line? get it if you plan on keeping the 360 ledgit ....

what i did i bought my $530.41 cents xbox 360 on costco and i have LIFETIME FREE return policy... that means if i wanna get my 530 bucks again to cash to me i would just take the console say 1 yr 4yrs 30 days doesnt matter when .... you get FULL cash refund .....

so buying at costco is the best place....

but look at your manuels and on the box and it should say deteailed info on the warranty to buy and the current warranty they include is 90 days .....

If u baought it from best buy they started giving free 1 year waranties and like 80 more bucks for 3 years(not shure really on the 3 year)
And the wifi crap happens with almost everything. Like even the microwave will do that exact same thing to it.
