Hello, i am having a problem with my dvd rom. it will not recognize my burned movies. i am using dvd-r. i am using win dvd . any suggestions, intervideo (windvd), does not offer any new drivers for this software. Toshiba says that all of my software is up to date. What should i do

What brand media are you burning on, what program(s) are you using to burn with and how fast are you burning.
