If i have swap magic 3.6 do i need to convert pal games to play on my ntsc tv? or does swap magic do it for you?

Hmm, I live in England and I usually get NTSC games for my PAL system and swap magic does this for me, however PAL region TV's very often support NTSC games however I'v heard that its very rare that an NTSC will play PAL.
