Help with burning Godfather & NBA Street 3 on a Mac

I'm using Swap Magic 3.6, Sony DVD-R (Japan), Toast Titanium & an external Sony burner DRX-810UL-T. I've burnt about 10 games so far using the Disc Copy method in Toast & they all work fine. I just tried burning an NBA Street 3 ISO & when I try to play it, I get to the first loading screen & it freezes. I also just tried burning The Godfather game using the disc copy method & when I try to play that, I just get a black screen. I don't know what's wrong because I've burnt other games using the same methods (disc copy & ISO's) & they work fine, but all of a sudden these two games won't work. Any suggestions? Thanks.
