Problem with PSX Game!

Hi everyone, I am having a big problem with one PSX game, the game is Breath of Fire 4. Ok my problem is simple it will not work! At first I only had a PS2 with a CC1.1 and I tried to boot it (not of Boot Manager cuz it doesn't work!) but off the chip with no avail! So I thought it must be the CC1.1 chip, about 1 week later I was getting a DMS4 Pro premod so I was going to just play the game off that PS2 but
when I put in the game and try to boot it off Toxic OS I see the PS1 logo and it freezes there! All my other PSX games work fine on both systems! I have tried burning the game to 3 different media types and all have the same problem! I put the game in my modded PS1 system and it boots fine! What could be the problem with my PS2s? Both are v7's could that be a problem?!? My CC1.1 was modded by Norcalmods.com and my DMS4 Pro was a premod by Xmodds.com both lasers are KHS-400c 1 is brand new the other is used. PLEASE HELP ME! I uploaded the game in 2 parts so you need to combind them backtogether.

Could it be a problem with my KHS-400C lasers?
