wmv to dvd need help

i have 2 wmv files
1 is 664,077 kb
2 is 540,779 kb

i wish to join them then turn them into dvd files for burning
i am all to familiar with decryptor and shrink
what i need is the proper steps and programs to get me there
any help would be muchly appreciated...thank you

The full Nero suite can do it
or for freeware
join your wmv files with media join

now load them into here

Old Freeware Version Of Divxtodvd
http://freedownload.softonic.de/windows/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_0.52.99.exe
if you like it you can buy the new updated version from VSO

now load the resulting video_ts folder into DVD Shrink and burn with decrypter
