Jus wondering when you receive your box to send your 360 what procedures did you take?. As to getting it reasdy what to write on the box etc..

i forget exactly but they give u detailed instructions, but i do remember writing the RAN(Return Authorization #) on the box.

I sent my x360 3weeks after i got the box to send it in all i did was put it in the box with my harddrive. it took 6 days to get it back, but before you send it tell them you have arcade games on your x360 or else they will get erased. and tell them your game broke so you can get a new one all i got was pdz :(

dr.cool ohh with the HDD?

I was told by the lady who took my call not to send it with the drive. Cuz the HDD was not issue with the xbox freezing up. But thnx for the info.

yar i was told not to send an hdd aswell
to my suprise i got a console back with an hdd so now i have 2
