For example,When I played my backup of Soul Cailbour 2,the opening fmv always freezes in certain places and the sound gets all messed up.But the game works fine.And this also happens to all my other backups.Is there anyway to fixed it?

I think you will find this to be a common problem with many causes but follow some basic rules first to troubleshoot,
1) Use quality media
2) Burn slower, 4x is usually fine.

Also, cleaning your laser would'nt hurt.

i agree with above.
Usually cheap media
out of date firmware
burning speed ( burn 4X DVD's at 2X and 8X DVD's at 4X)
or even programs that you may have running in the backround when burning. The PC should be totally free when burning as it will use a lot of working memory to burn the game.
