yes it will burn images into the screen

sorry but do not connect the 360 to a projection tv unless you want to pay 300.00 per each picture tube to replace them because projection tv's have a red green and blue picture tube and it cost a small fortune
to fix one

why wont people learn go out and buy a lcd

there cheaper then a projection tv

You are more likely to get a burn in from station IDs in the bottom corner of the screen.

projection tvs burn images all of them do it is just the way projection tv's are

now projectors the ones that schools use to connect to computers and dvd players to be played on a projection screens can be used they are not included in the problem because of a new digital picture tube design that doesn't burn images

I have had my HD projection TV for almost 5 years. I have a media center PC, xbox, and Xbox360 and none have caused burns. But I am also safe about not letting it sit for hours on a freeze frame.

Yer I wouldnt worry too much about it. Just dont let it sit on pause or play more than say... 2 hours at a time. If the owners manual says dont though, than dont, but like i said I wouldnt worry to much, but the risk is always there.

Have played many consoles on projection TVs with no damage at all.
yes they may burn in, after say 100 hours of a constant image. But i have never, ever had an issue with any of my projection TVs. You should be fine.

You dont help when you clearly dont know the answer. Just like the "So im about to buy a 360..But" Thread.

The reason projectors dont burn in, is becasue current gen projectors are not based on tube technology. They are based on LCD or DLP.
