Hi
Bit new to all this.
I have just orderd a new Song Briva LCD TV with a resolution of 1366 by 768. With this in mind what is the best resolution to rip my DVD's too. Would it be 1366 by 768 or a scaled down version. Any pro's or con's except file size of course.
Your recommendations will be greatly recived here.

DVD's or MPEG 2 files are native 720X480 resolution. The key here is a dvd player that's Progressive scan this will have componant outputs (Red,green,blue) a cable for each color the new standard is HCMI cable connection which carries video and audio in one cable.
