Best VOB Converting Program

Hi Im looking to convert the VOB files on my computer to some form of video that will play on the computer. I was just was just wondering what you thought worked best. I dont really care about the type of file it converts to, i just want an easy, reliable and free program

P.S. If anyone has a program that works well with shows(i.e. The Sheild) on a DVD that would be great

My .vob files are played by Nero Showtime. Part of Nero7. Don't seem to need any converting or anything.

I still watch my VOB files using the old, good and free Media Player Classic (it does a good job with interlaced videos, presenting them as progressive).

just wondering where did you get the VOB files? did you get them from a dvd? they are video files, they are dvd video files like the other poster said Media Player Classic will work just fine or any dvd player like power dvd will also play them. are you wanting to put the files on disk?
