No, they don't. Spybot is free and SpySweeper is commercial. SpySweeper is way better that Spybot.

K, its just weird that when am trying to uninstall the Spybot since I have SPY SWEEPER, I couldn't find the location. If i go to the control panel and remove programs, its not there.
