Run time error C++ caused by HTMPEG HELP!!

Hi there,

i have used HTMPEG to convert an AVI file to MPG, but whe clicking on the new file i get an error message: Run time error C++

I have the downloaded new C++ codes, but when trying to install this, it says to require SET UP FACTORY 6.0

Therefore i downloaded set up factory 7.0, but now i am stranded and confused and nothing works properly.

Could anyone help me?
