I am having problems ripping my dvds so that i have a backup copy. I was wondering what should be done. It just happened on my new dvd "Fun with Dick and Jane." I can not get passed the first VOB. For some reason it always goes down after about 14 seconds as if something is preventing it from ripping to my computer. I do not know how to avoid not getting these errors. It has only happened to a few of my Dvds and this is one of them. If anyone either knows how to get around this problem or if there are any rippers that would work for this sort of problem i would be greatful to know. As i have used both Dvd Decrypter as well as Smartripper.

as for these new movies.. they come with new protection.
you need this dvd fab decrypter version 2.9.7.5 to decrypt them.
go to www.dvdidle.com down load the free version.
