Problem Ripping Games?

Well first some basic info. I am not new to burning games, have been doing it for a while. I use verbatim dvd-r 8x and burn at 4x. I use Swap Magic 3.6 and flip top. I use DVD Decryptor and sometimes nero, and burn with no programs running. Recently i had to restore my computer to an earlier date and since then i cannot rip any games and then burn them successfully. I can burn games that i had ripped months ago that i stll had on my hd ok, but any game i try to back up now will not run correctly on my ps2. Last week I downloaded Gun (which I already own) and burned it, and it worked just fine. It seems to be a ripping problem but i cant figure it out. The games that i have tried recently are Time Splitters 2, Time Splitters 3, GTA SA, Max Payne, GTA Vice City, Black and Gun. The ISO files I create seem to be ok and I get no errors ripping or burning. Some games like max payne and GTA SA load the intro but then freeze up and the rest dont load at all. All of my previous back ups work just fine so i dont think it is a ps2 laser problem and previous rips stored on my hd burn and work just fine so i dont think it is a burner issue or bad burns. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i am pretty frustrated and have to start giving away coasters as i have them all over the house.

You could try re-installing DVD Decrypter, changing the I/O settings to ASPI, making sure you have DMA enabled. Check out my tutorial in the stickies and see if anything in there helps you.. it could be that something got pushed out of wack when you had to restore, so just check them to be sure.
