When i rip a DVD to my HD with DVDD witch file should i select to
burn??the image file or MDS file,, i usally just pick one and it works but i would like to know for shure witch one i'm suppose to use.

The MDS, it contains all the info about the disk. Surprised Decrypter does not yell at you for not picking the MDS :)

Does it mabie pick the right one for you if you don't,,i never
get any pop up's about it.

Ok...i've alot of times picked the "image" because it makes sense.
