I am buying an Xbox 360 today and I will appreciate your recommendations on which game to buy.

I would say go with Oblivion or Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter (GRAW)
If u dont mind the fact that Oblivion is a single player game, then i would get it, it is packed with so much stuff to do and it will have you coming back for more each time you play, so hard to put down :P
If you are more of a multiplayer person then i would get GRAW. Altho GRAW has an amazing singleplayer also. Just that when you finish the singleplayer you can always jump online to play with friends.
I would recommend getting both if you can :)

It is depend on what type of game you like.
For RPG, Oblivion is great.
For Racing, PGR3 and Need For Speed Most Wanted are good.
For Shooting, Call of Duty is good.
For Sport, "Rosun Rumbo" is the XXX sport. I have not seen they are naked yet. I wish I have it.

i agree with woopz.
for shooters, go for ghost recon or battlefield 2
for racing go for pgr 3 or burnout revenge
and for rpg go for oblivion.

it all depends on what genre you like best.
but so far everyone's listed the top recomendations. but here are mine
Shooter: Call Of Duty 2, Quake 4, Battlefield 2
Racing: Need For Speed Most Wanted, Burnout Revenge
Fighter: DOA4, Rumble Roses XX, Fight Night R. 3
RPG: well the only choice u really got is Oblivion.
and wherever condemned falls in.

kameo is also a very good rpg, and even better now that the new patch is out making it co op online. although its not as good as oblivion its still something you might want to try, good gameplay, really good graphics and an over different type of game from you average rpg.

1.cod2
2.doa4
3.pdz
4.battlefield 2

DUDE......my dads fat!!! ur sig is Huge, come on dawg-follow da rules. But besides that.....................................................CALL of Duty 2 (since the update) is amazing. Good call on that. DOA is a sweet game 2, and of course-Oblivion.

the game that i play the most would be ghost recon. i have far cry, call of duty 2, kameo, quake 4, battlfield 2 mc, nba 2k6, graw, perfect dark zero, dead or alive 4, and king kong. so far graw is the best for me at least cuz of xbox live.
