if there was a way to play ps2 on xbox, everybody would be buying a xbox instead of a ps2, since it would do both systems. And Microsoft would win the Console Wars. Playing ps2 on xbox is a false rumour
Microsoft would not win the console wars. They don't want the X-Box being modded. They would not want the PS2 games to work on the X-box. There are a wide variety of emulators. There has to be one somewhere for this
IF there were an emulator that was refined enough to work with the xbox's strenths and uses its functions then it would be entirely possible, there is not yet a useable emulator for the computer, but it is in developement, eventually I am sure that there will be such an emulator for xbox, there are already some for other game systems, the real problem would be sony's intense copyright battle, they would probably close any site even remotely related to such software for suspicion of copyright infingment.
yeah xbox would win, cuz there would be no ps2 sales, and instead of buying a ps2, xbox would be purchased instead. and then ppl that have a ps2 already would sell their shit, and buy a xbox. and with no console sales, developer don't wanna put their shit on their system, cuz their product will not be able to spread( mass sales).
ridah100, The system Modulators are the minority of the sales of these systems, While those with the knoledge to do the moding of the systems wouldn't be caught dead with a PS2 most people will still be playing both systems.
